Laika will use every effort to ensure your event runs smoothly and to offer you any information or service we are able to provide. To enable us to offer you a high quality service and to ensure the satisfaction of all your guests, the following terms and conditions are applicable to your event. Please read these carefully and if you have any questions please contact the general manager.

·Laika Bar will provideyour  EVENT with All bar staff,waiters/waitress

·Refundable Deposit:

To secure a required date for your event adeposit of 30% is required of total quoted amount.

Then after, thedeposit will be deducted on payment, if damage of property has occurred anamount will be outline and deducted from the total deposit.

·Exclusive Space Hire:

There is a hirecharge for exclusive events. Based on a minimum spend

·Service/ Surcharges:

10% surchargeapplies to all functions held on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and PublicHolidays.

·Dress Code:

Laika Bar has adress code policy after 7 pm:

  Appropriate for the evening  

 

Management reserve the right to refuse entry.

·Rights:

We reserve the right to remove from the premisesany person behaving in an irresponsible manner.

No food or beverages are permitted into thepremises.

 

 

 

·Cancelation:

If the event iscancelled 90 days prior to the confirm date, no cancelation fee will apply anddeposit will be refunded.

If event iscancelled with less than 30 days, no deposit is refundable.

·Payment:

Final payment ismade prior beginning of the event.( all majorcredit cards excepted)

We do notaccept personal cheque’s.

·Final Numbers:

Final numbersmust be confirmed 48 hours prior to the event date. This number can bedecreased or increased; however, the number confirmed at 48 hours prior is theminimum amount that will be charged, any increase to this minimum number mustbe paid for at the beginning of the event.

Guest list isadvisable

·Loss or Damage to Property:

Clients areresponsible for any damages caused during the event, by any guests or any otherpersons attending the function.

Laika Bar doesnot accept responsibility for any loss or damage of property or equipment leftat the venue before, during or after the event.

·Pricing:

All prices inthis event media kit are subject to change at the discretion of Laika Bar.

All pre-paidevents will be honored in the event of price fluctuation.
